ASI Reisen

They coordinated all our overnight huts and hotels for the E5 individual hike. Planning the E5 for my son and I was tedious. I tried coordinating the huts myself. Finally I found ASI Reisen and they took care of everything for us. They coordinated all the huts for the E5 as well as the hotel for our last night in Meran. Our breakfasts and dinners, we sat on reserved tables which is a nice touch. ASI also provided us with the gps data so I could import them into the Komoot app. This company is the best!

My wife (80, suffering from dementia but physically fit) and I (72) ventured on the Lycian Way, organized by ASIreisen. The support on site (Cihangir his name) was so helpful and intensive, so that the 14 days were a great one for us It was a dream trip. Everything literally worked out, just as it was described in advance! The GPS data provided was a big help, as it basically replaced a guide.

ASI has created many good conditions for crossing the Alps from Garmisch to Vipiteno in South Tyrol (with hotels and luggage transfer). The paths were, just as stated, moderately difficult (3 out of 5 mountains) and the whole time management was easy to manage, even if you were tired. Our guide Sepp from South Tyrol was always well informed, very friendly and forward-looking, full of knowledge of nature and adapted very well to the different strengths of the participants. There was also music. The group had a lot of fun. The five stars are due for that alone. None of us will forget the term “orographic” anymore. Overall the organization was excellent; our luggage and our transfers are always there on time. With the exception of one hotel, all of the hotels on the tour were extremely well chosen and the food was great. The one, less inspiring hotel wasn't dramatically bad, but it fell down due to the noisy street location, very small rooms and rather moderately tasty food (if I leave dessert behind...). If you arrived earlier, you could also book a room at ASI - but I'll leave that in the future and look for something myself (the price at the hotel specified by ASI doesn't fit at all, 170€ per night/board for a stuffy 80s charm - Single room without balcony on the thoroughfare in Partenkirchen). In terms of content, ASI's customer communication can actually be improved somewhat (topic: no wheels on luggage desired), but accessibility and friendliness were excellent. Gladly again!
